All information given, including Health Questionnaires and any updates will be treated in the strictest confidence and stored in accordance with Data Protection legislation. For online classes, videos and events, follow safety instructions throughout the session. When participating in these activities, you do so entirely at your own risk, for which Faye Greening shall not be held liable. It will be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Faye Greening accepts no responsibility for any damage (to possessions or persons) while undertaking the activities in videos or online sessions. You are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
Online Disclaimer
By participating in remote sessions you agree to be responsible for ensuring you are practising in a suitable remote environment, and that you are healthy enough to participate. In clicking on the links to attend the classes you are confirming that you understand that for any periods of time throughout a remote session during which you move off screen or are outside of the teacher’s view, whether intentionally or not; no liability will arise on the part of the teacher.
Refund policy
Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for online classes or workshops. Faye Greening reserves the right to cancel classes and events due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If a class or event needs to be cancelled, you will be offered the option of a refund or for your booking to be transferred to another class or event.
